So You’ve Had It With Your Cable Company

There comes a point when you open your bill and ask yourself exactly what are you getting for the $250/month you’re sending to your cable company and you want to do something about it.

What you need is a plan before you pick up the phone and talk to customer “service”.

As a fellow cheap bastard who has done this allow me to help.

The first step is to decide what programming is important to you.

Second, match your programming needs with various alternate services.

Third, choose the hardware that will receive that content.

Finally, gird yourself for the retention agent.
